A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, along with a signed rental agreement. A refundable damage/incidental fee is also held until the event concludes.


Yes, all hours booked at Parkway Studios encompass time for your event setup and decor, the event itself, and breakdown and cleanup, ensuring everything is managed within your reserved timeframe.


Parkway Studios can comfortably host up to 70 guests, depending on the event type and layout.

Guest can use the parking lot to park in the entrance is on St.Marks Ave or they can utilize street parking if they choose.

Parkway Studios accommodates a variety of events, including private gatherings, corporate meetings, pop-up shops, fitness classes, workshops, community events, podcasting, photo & video shoots, tutorial classes , art viewings , content creation , religious services and much more 


Yes, you may bring your own decorations, but we ask that you refrain from using anything that may damage the walls or floors. Please consult our team if you have specific decoration needs.


If your event extends beyond the booked time, additional charges will apply based on our hourly rate. We recommend planning carefully to avoid extra fees. Please feel free to discuss your schedule with our team to ensure a smooth event experience.

Yes. Venue must be totally emptied of all personal and party belongings. Food must be removed from the premise. All trash must be bagged. 

We also offer an expedited cleaning service for an additional fee.

Yes. Most rentals unless stated need a Certificate of Insurance.


Yes, we offer seasonal promotions and discounts for extended bookings. Please check our website or contact us for the latest offers.

Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. If Paid in full you will be refunded the non deposit amount of the total.
